The night check in is possible. We will send you all the information next to the arrival date. From the airport we suggest you take a taxi till Piazzale Roma and than vaporetto otherwise waterbus ALILAGUNA service .

do we have to climb up the stairs? coz both me and my wife are hefty and 50 plus

You can park in Tronchetto, Piazzale Roma or the cheapest one parking in Via Righi.
